Bad - The face plate on my stem is peeling.
Good - It will be replaced at no cost under warranty.
Bad - The shop found a couple of cracks in my rear wheel by the spoke nipples
Good - The wheel will be replaced at no cost under warranty
Bad - The new rear wheel will not match the front wheel. The front wheel's style has been discontinued.
Good - Renee insisted - insisted! - that I order a new matching front wheel. Something about safety.
Bad - The front wheel won't be free.
